Shipping and Returns

Fulfillment Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Please note that fulfillment time does not include shipping.

 

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and services are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on item weight, value and customer location.

Once your order is shipped, please allow 2 - 3 business days for your package to arrive. Please note that this is not guaranteed during the holiday season. 

Your package may arrive earlier or later depending on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

  • Shipment delays will occasionally occur for various reasons especially around the holidays

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address for accuracy before completing your purchase.
Peach Dust Collective is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or undeliverable address.

If a package is shipped back to us due to incorrect or incomplete address, shipping charges will not be refunded to the customer and additional charges may apply.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will be receiving a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you think your package is lost or has been stolen, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your order confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case your courier left your package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or your neighbor's, get in touch with us at hello@peachdustcollective.com to help locate your package.

 

Returns

We currently do not accept returns unless the product is damaged, as most of our items are made to order.

In the event that you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, we will gladly arrange a refund.
Please email hello@peachdustcollective.com along with a photo of the damaged item within 5 days of receiving your order.
